Cancellation Policy

Before a successful payment

You can cancel at any time before the payment succeeds: close the payment window or leave the checkout page. No money is taken and no order is charged. An unpaid order expires on its own.

After a completed purchase

Paid mock tests and test series are digital products with immediate access, so a completed purchase cannot normally be cancelled. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Failed or pending transactions

If a payment fails, no access is given and you can try again. If money was deducted for a failed payment, it is normally reversed to your account by your bank or the payment gateway according to their timelines. If a payment shows as pending, wait for it to be confirmed; the order status page updates automatically. Contact [email protected] if a deducted amount is not reversed or a pending payment is not resolved.

Exceptional cases

Duplicate payments, a payment captured without access, technical failures we cannot resolve and refunds required by law are reviewed individually under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
