Digital products — please read before buying
RASTestSeries.com पर उपलब्ध Paid Mock Tests और Test Series डिजिटल उत्पाद (Digital Products) हैं। भुगतान सफल होने के बाद इनका Access तुरंत प्रदान किया जाता है। इसलिए सामान्य परिस्थितियों में खरीदारी के बाद Cancellation या Refund उपलब्ध नहीं है।
हम सभी विद्यार्थियों को सलाह देते हैं कि Paid Test Series खरीदने से पहले वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध Free Mock Test देकर प्रश्नों की गुणवत्ता, परीक्षा पैटर्न, टेस्ट इंटरफेस और Performance Report की सुविधाएँ स्वयं जाँच लें।
In English: paid mock tests and test series are digital products, and access is given immediately after a successful payment. For this reason, cancellation or refund is not available after purchase in normal circumstances. Please try a free mock test first to check the question quality, exam pattern, test interface and performance report.
Limited exceptions
We review the following cases individually:
- Duplicate payment: you were charged more than once for the same order or product.
- Payment captured but access not provided: the payment succeeded but the product did not become available in your account.
- Technical failure on our side that prevents delivery of the product and that support cannot resolve.
- Refunds required under applicable law.
Each case is checked against our order and Razorpay payment records. Where a refund is approved, it is made to the original payment method through Razorpay. For a full refund of a purchase, access to that product ends.
How to request a review
Email [email protected] with your registered email address, the order number and the payment reference (UPI/bank transaction id). We do not promise automatic refunds; we reply after checking the records.
Before payment, an order can simply be abandoned: see the Cancellation Policy. This policy does not limit any right you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
