1. Eligibility and accounts
You must give accurate information when you create an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account is for one person.
2. Free and paid mock tests
Free mock tests can be attempted without payment, and some without an account. Paid tests and test series are available only after a verified payment, through the account used to buy them, for the access period shown on the product page.
3. Digital product licence: personal use only
A purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own preparation. It does not transfer ownership of any content.
4. Prohibited copying and redistribution
You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, resell, share your account, upload or publish questions, solutions, PDFs or reports, or use automated tools to extract content. Downloaded PDFs are for your personal practice only. We may suspend access that breaks this rule.
5. Service availability
We aim to keep the website available but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, technical faults or events outside our control may cause interruptions. If a technical failure on our side affects a test, contact support.
6. Test schedules
Some tests open at a scheduled date and time (Indian Standard Time) and cannot be started earlier. Schedules may change; the time shown on the test page applies.
7. Performance reports
Scores, analysis and improvement suggestions are generated from your answers in each attempt. They are a study aid, not a prediction of your result in any official exam. Where a test follows an official rule (for example the RPSC fifth-option and blank-question rule), our warnings are for practice only and are not an official decision.
8. Pricing and payment
Prices are shown in Indian Rupees on the product and checkout pages and are calculated by our server at checkout, including any valid coupon. Payment is processed by Razorpay. Access is granted only after the payment is verified. See Payment & Billing Help.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Cancellation Policy before buying. You must accept them at checkout.
10. Intellectual property
Questions, explanations, PDFs, software, design and the RAS Test Series name and logo belong to RASTestSeries.com or its licensors. Official exam names belong to their respective authorities.
11. Limitations and disclaimers
We work to keep content accurate, but errors can occur; please report them. Content is provided for preparation and does not replace official notifications. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.

13. Changes
We may update these Terms. The version accepted at checkout is recorded with your order.
